It is very important that you have the latest version for Adobe and Java.
As of now you should have these versions for:
Adobe Reader should now show: 10.1.0
Adobe Flash Player should be: 10.3.181.34
Adobe Shockwave as Version: 11.6.0.626
Oracle (Sun) Java should be Version 1.6.0 Update 26
