OK, are you keeping your computer healthy. I know it seems like a lot of work but---it is worth it to keep everything updated. Just get in a routine and it will become a habit. Set up a reminder for yourself on a Calendar. You will also feel good about yourself. This is a long stretch but think of how you feel after you have done some exercises. Don't you always feel better about yourself. You have done something just for you. When you update everything on your computer, you are really do something just for you. You are keeping your computer in shape, so it will work for you, when you need it.
